院董會

本院董事會乃由中國基督教播道會執行委員會選出九人，連同播道會監督及本院院長所組成。在選出之董事中，最少三分之二為播道會會友，其餘則為對本院關心，並對神學教育有負擔人士。董事會負責制定學院行政方針，督導院務之執行及籌募學院經費。本院董事會對學院一切事工貢獻極大。
